Grape Stakes

Grape Stakes are small-diameter steel stakes you install beside young vines during vineyard establishment, giving each vine the support it needs to grow straight and strong before you begin cordon or cane training. You remove them after vine maturity, typically 3 to 4 years post-planting, once the trunk has developed enough strength to stand on its own. How it works

Driven into soil beside the vine, stake guides upright growth

Drive the stake into the soil next to the young vine and tie the vine stem to it as growth progresses. The stake holds the vine stem vertical against wind and ground movement, letting it develop a strong, straight trunk ready for cordon or cane training once establishment is complete.
