Block Paviour: square galvanized steel recessed tray frame with corner lifting points and fixing lugs

Fabricated Products

Block Paviour

Block Paviour is a recessed manhole cover: a galvanized steel tray in a matching frame, filled on site with the same block paving as the surface around it. The cover sits level with the paving and carries its pattern across the chamber, so drainage and service access stays reachable without a plain cover breaking up the surface. Each cover is made to the chamber opening: request a quote with the opening, quantity and paving depth.

Function

Keeps the chamber in the pattern

The paved tray lines up with the surrounding blocks, so an inspection chamber sits almost unseen in a driveway, courtyard or plaza.

Construction

Tray, frame and lifting points

A deep tray sits inside a frame with fixing lugs. Lifting points in the corners take keys when the cover has to come up.

Made to order

Sized to the opening
