01 / PRODUCT RANGE

Many steel applications. One manufacturing base.

Corona's catalogue spans components and systems for construction, agriculture, utilities and engineering. That breadth gives custom enquiries a practical starting point, whether the requirement is a familiar product or a new part.

01Concrete & construction
02Trellising & agriculture
03Scaffolding & shoring
04Pole-line hardware
05Cold-formed profiles
06Fencing & pipe support
07Solar & general engineering

02 / MANUFACTURE

A manufacturing base built for different steel forms.

Corona combines primary forming with the tooling and secondary operations needed to finish a part. The process is selected around the material, geometry, quantity and intended use—whether the job calls for a pressed component, formed section, forged part, threaded product or fabricated assembly.

A

7–250 MT

Power pressing & forming

Pressing and forming for steel components made from sheet, strip, plate and bar where a shaped or formed part is required.

B

Roll forming

Continuous forming for profiles and sections with a defined cross-section, thickness, length and hole pattern where required.

C

1/4–1 1/2 in

Wire straightening & cutting

Straightening and cutting for wire and bar components requiring controlled diameter and repeatable cut length.

D

75–150 MT

Hot forging

Forging for components that need a formed geometry and the strength of a forged steel part.

E

Rod & bar: 1/4–2 1/2 inPipe: 1–4 in

Roll threading

Threading for rods, bars and pipes across the thread forms used in Corona’s product range and customer requirements.

F

Arc · MIG · Spot · Butt

Welding

Arc, MIG, spot and butt welding for fabricated components and multi-part steel assemblies.

G

Tooling, machining & fabrication

Die tooling, machining, fitting and fabrication for parts that need operations beyond primary forming, forging or threading.

03 / TECHNICAL ASSURANCE

Built around the details that make a part work.

A custom order is defined by more than its outline. Corona works through the material, dimensions, geometry, threads, finish, assembly and any named product reference before production is set.

A

Materials & form

Carbon steel · B7 · Stainless steelDiameter · thickness · length · section

Material and physical form are selected around the part, its application and the production process.

B

Threads & assemblies

UNC · BSW · DINV · Coil · Square · Acme · Dywidag

Thread systems and assembled details are available across rods, bars, bolts, tie rods and support components.

C

Finishes

Plain · Zinc plated · Hot-dip galvanizedPainted · Powder coated · Red oxide primer

The finish is considered with the product, its environment and the handling required after manufacture.

D

Representative references

ASTM A307 · DIN 975ANSI C135.1 · ANSI C135.4ASTM A153 · BS 4190 · BS 3692

The current range includes products described against these references where the application calls for them.

Final manufacturing requirements are set by the customer drawing, purchase specification or applicable product reference.

04 / CHECK, PACK & SUPPLY

The job continues after production.

A finished component is only useful when it arrives in the right condition and at the right destination. Corona carries the order through final checks, suitable packing, documentation and international delivery.

A

Check before shipment

Material, dimensions, threads, finish and other defined product details are checked before the order leaves the production route.

B

Pack for the route

Components are bundled, protected or packed around their geometry, finish, weight and transport requirement.

C

Deliver to the agreed point

Commercial documentation and international freight are managed through to the contracted destination.

COMPLETE SCOPE

One route from requirement to delivery.

From the first review to the final destination, each handoff is part of the production route.
