Tie Rod Nuts
Tie Rod Nuts are mating nuts for tie-rod threads. They tighten onto the rod end and seat against a Plate Washer or form face to complete the form-tie assembly.

Engages and bears load
The nut engages the rod and bears against a Plate Washer or form face to hold the connection.
Thread, nut and flange
Mating thread for 1/2 to 3/4 inch tie-rod diameters; Dywidag or standard nut form; plain finish.

Thread the nut onto the exposed tie-rod end. Tighten it to seat against the Plate Washer or form face, creating the clamping force that holds the form faces together.

Engages each exposed tie-rod end at the opposite form faces.

Seats the threaded rod connection and holds the panel in position.

Works with the rod and bearing plate to draw and hold the form faces together under load.
Tie-rod engagement and bearing
Tie Rod Nuts engage double-ended Tie Rods and seat against Plate Washers at the form faces. They complete the two-sided form-tie assembly.
